Biking in the Park

There are seemingly endless opportunities for mountain bikers and cycle excursionists traveling to the TEA National Park. The Park offers everything from easy rides with the family to long excursions from town to town to adventure cruising within the mountains. All trails are marked with either red and white or blue and white paint on the trees next to it. Biking is permitted on walking trails in the Park and most villages are connected to a network of trails. Just ask someone at your nearest Park Visitor Center or hotel and they'll be happy to direct you.

Be careful on the public roads!

Please use extreme caution when bicycling on public roads in the Park. Although there is little traffic, the roads are narrow and winding and the cars at times fail to slow down for pedestrians or bikers. Keep in mind that many drivers use their horns to warn oncoming traffic and cyclists. Be sure to use the mirrors posted when turning on sharp tight corners.

Bike rentals & trails

Bike and e-bike rentals and trails can be found at Cerwood and ForestAvventura adventure parks. Either explore the trails on your own or with one of their qualified guides. You may also find free bike rentals at some of the hotels and refuges in the Park. If biking is something that interests you, be on the lookout for this service in your search for accommodations.

Take a ride with a guide

Sigeric Touring Company offers amazing e-bike tours all throughout the TEA National Park and Tuscany region. You'll cycle through pristine landscapes, medieval villages, parish churches and ancient castles while enjoying typical local cuisine along the way.
